19. Select your desired annual pledge level for the three-year commitment:

    1. $15,000 annual pledge
       Includes participation in one premium event (ex: IAMC dinner), plus six events such as trade shows, sporting events, re ceptions, breakfasts, lunches or dinners.
    2. $10,000 annual pledge
       Includes participation in one premium event (ex: IAMC dinner) plus four events
    3. $5,000 annual pledge
       Includes participation in three events .such as trade shows, sporting events, receptions, breakfasts, lunches or dinners.
    4. $2,500 annual pledge
       Includes participation in two events such as trade shows, sporting events, receptions, breakfasts, lunches or dinners.
    5. $1,000 annual pledge
       Includes participation in one breakfast or lunch event.
21. Annual pledges will be paid in two equal installments, the first due in January with the second due in July. Please make checks payable to “Team Kansas.”
